Popular TV show #WWTBAM "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" shuts down as MTN ends its sponsorship of the show



Show host, Edoho, also confirmed this.

After 13 years of being on TV, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is going on an indefinite break as their sponsor, MTN, has pulled out.

The last episode aired today, Sunday, June 25, with the hostFrank
Edohosaying his goodbyes and hoping that the show is back on air soon.

Edoho later confirmed the end of the MTN sponsorship on his Twitter handle later on by saying‘Sponsor no do again’.

And in a statement released by the show producers, the app version of the show will continue to run while the show’s on ‘break.’
